One of the main services we provide is comprehensive rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and surgeries. We treat everything from sprains and strains, to rehabilitation following joint replacement surgeries, back surgeries, fracture fixations, and so forth. We have over 30 years of combined experience among our therapists to draw from. We understand how frustrating it can be to face limitations imposed by injury, and we work hard to get you back on your feet, doing the things that you want and need to do as soon as possible.

Sports Injuries

We work closely with the local schools to provide quick, effective treatment of sports related injuries. Whether it is rehabilitation following something as extensive as an ACL reconstruction, or training athletes and teaching them how to avoid common injuries such as sprains and strains, we understand how to effectively manage sports conditions and get you back in the game at 100%. We also provide concussion assessment and management in order to ensure the safety of the developing student athletes.

Work Injuries

A workplace injury can be devastating, not only physically, but financially as well. We understand that you need to get back to work as soon as possible in order to keep the paychecks coming in. We will work with you and your particular situation in order to help you return to work at 100%, enjoying full health AND the ability to provide for yourself and loved ones.

Back/Neck Injuries

Whether it's a herniated disc from a lifting injury at work, or whiplash sustained during an auto accident, neck and spine injuries are very common and account for a large percentage of the patients we see in our clinics. We provide a variety of treatments aimed at reducing the pain in the spine, as well as pain radiating out into the arms or legs as well. One of the most effective treatments can be lumbar (low back) or cervical (neck) traction/decompression that we provide at both of our locations.

Balance is complex and involves 3 different systems; 1. The vestibular organs in our inner ears, 2. Our vision and 3, Sensation in our feet. Problems can occur within any of these systems, causing difficulty maintaining balance, resulting in falls. One common cause of balance issues is known by the acronym BPPV. We provide Epley maneuvers to treat BPPV, as well as comprehensive balance and vestibular training to help you maintain/regain your balance and keep you engaged in the activities you enjoy.
